LAST UPDATE PROVIDED ON TUESDAY February 6th 2012

We’re spending much of this month cranking out new photos now that we’ve gotten our photography equipment fixed. Expect pictorial updates here soon. ^-^

Every COMMISSION CUSTOMER is provided with a database page containing their order information so each part can easily keep track of order status. Customers can see when they need to have payments and information in to us, as well as status updates about their orders.

THE DATABASE IS UPDATED EVERY TUESDAY AT 9PM. This means:

• everyone who has a commission order with us will get some form of update, even when we don’t have a major update for you we will at least say a little “hey, things are going good!” so you know we are trunking along!

• everyone who placed an order with us during the week will be assigned and provided with a database page and login by the upcoming TUESDAY (9PM).

• every Tuesday is our day for checking over our orders, making sure all our ducks are in a row, and giving you an update!

• customers can still be expected to hear from us via email when we have specific inquiries or are provided shipping information. If you have not heard from us via email please check your database for the most up-to-date status about your order!

• we are still always available for questions, compliments, concerns etc via email and our office phone number! (located to the right ->)
